Knottingley alcohol awareness project

Firefly Associates, alongside Crime Reduction Initiatives and Wakefield Council, recently launched an exciting street dance project in Knottingley, during alcohol awareness week, 18th-24th Oct 2010.

Young people aged between 12 and 18 years old learned different styles of streetdance with expert tutors over a 5 week period. This project has been identified as a key activity to raise awareness of alcohol in the Knottingley area and to promote a healthy alternative.
